At the Williamsburg Nanny Agency, we believe that ongoing training is essential for nannies. While we do not provide any formal training at this time we do have regular get-togethers based around nanny/parent related topics. We combine this with some social time for nannies because it's important they have a connection with their peers. Being a nanny can sometimes be a lonely job so we recommend building up a social network of people who understand your profession.
