In order to become a certified nanny with the Williamsburg Nanny Agency you must have the following:

 

- A strong desire to work with children

-You are planning to work with children throughout your career

-At least 2 years childcare experience

- Previous nanny experience

- Over the age of 19

- Excellent childcare references checked by the Williamsburg Nanny Agency

- Interviewed by the Williamsburg Nanny Agency 

- Completed a nanny application form with the Williamsburg Nanny Agency

- Pass a detailed background check and drug screen with the Williamsburg Nanny Agency

- Good driving records and access to a reliable car

- Certificates in CPR and First Aid

- Other childcare qualifications (preferred)

- Non-smoker

-Legal US resident
