Our approach is simple – we find nannies who take pride in their work and truly care about the children they work with. Our nannies work closely with the parents to ensure the child’s care and development are their number one priority. Our rigorous screening and background check system is designed to give peace of mind to parents.

Our Services

Our specialty lies in placing full and part-time, permanent, and temporary nannies, night nannies for newborns, hotel and resort sitters, and event nannies. We can also help with senior care, house managers, personal assistants, and drivers.

Our Standards

We really care about what we do! Our first consideration is to decide if the nanny would be someone we would hire to look after our own children. We look for candidates who can show that they are enthusiastic about their work and have lots of ideas of the best ways to help a child develop and grow in a nurturing, fun, and learning environment.

Nanny candidates must demonstrate previous nanny experience within the past two years as well as a minimum of 2-3 years of childcare experience, excellent references, CPR and First Aid certification, a clean driving record, and background check results plus be able to swim. We look for candidates that show they are committed to a career working with children and love playing a role in their development, have some training or certification in early childhood education/development, and have some knowledge of a second language.
