After meeting with you to complete a family application form we create a job description. We tailor our nanny search to meet your specific needs and interview every candidate in person and check their references before sending them to you to interview. Our nannies must meet the following criteria before we will consider them:
A minimum of two to three years child care experience and a genuine desire to work with childrenAn additional year's infant care experience for infant careMust be a legal US residentMust be 21 years or olderCertificates in CPR and first AidThree excellent references
A Simple Process
We will guide you through the entire hiring process and create a family/nanny work agreement outlining all details of the nanny's job. Experience has shown us that a work agreement like this can ensure a long and healthy relationship between you and your nanny.
